Duration : 10 Nights / 11 Days Destination : Delhi - Corbett - Agra - Bharatpur - Ranthambore - Sariska - Delhi Day 1: Delhi Arrival in Delhi and later transfer to the hotel. Day to relax and later in the evening you can go out for shopping. Overnight at hotel. Day 2: Delhi ![]() Overnight at hotel. Day 3: Delhi-Corbett Next day drive to the Tiger Reserve-Corbett. transfer to the hotel. Later in the afternoon go for a nature walk accompanied by a naturalist, along the Kosi River. This area is a birders' paradise. A slide show on the flora & fauna of the area. Overnight at hotel. Day 4: Corbett After breakfast enjoy the beauty of the Jim Corbett National Park in a jeep safari searching for tigers or a herd of elephants. Wildlife Viewing: Chital, Sambar, and various other Deer species find refuge in the Savannah grasslands known as the Maidan, behind the campsite to the south. And Tigers are occasionally drawn in looking for prey. Two-hour elephant rides, explore this sea of grass, rarely penetrating far into the deep jungles beyond; try to convince your Mahout or Elephant driver to venture in, as they can be quite magical. Come at dusk or dawn; in the heat of the day you probably won’t come across much more than deer among the tall grass. Tiger-sightings are few and far between, but you may be rewarded with fresh pugmarks. Overnight at hotel. Day 5: Corbett-Agra-Bharatpur Early morning drive to Agra and visit the symbol of love Taj Mahal, Sikandra Fort and Baby Taj. Later in the evening drive to Bharatpur. Overnight at hotel. Day 6: Bharatpur After breakfast visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary- One of the best and famous wildlife sanctuaries in India. It is the only wildlife sanctuary artificially made by a Maharaja. Indigenous water birds and many migratory water birds can be seen in this sanctuary along with larger animals such as Sambhar, Chital, Nilgai and Boar. The major tourist attractions of the park are the numerous migratory birds from Siberia and Central Asia, who spend their winters in the sanctuary. The other migratory birds at the Bharatpur bird sanctuary include several species of Cranes, Pelicans, Geese, Ducks, Eagles, Hawks, Warblers, Wheatears, Flycatchers, Buntings, Larks, Shanks, Stints, Wagtails and Pipits, etc. The best way to visit the forest is on foot or cycle. Also rickshaws and boats are on hire for bird watching. A boat trip early morning or in late evening here is worth watching. Later visit Bharatpur Government Museum, Bharatpur Palace and Deeg Palace. Overnight at hotel. Day 7: Bharatpur-Ranthambore Today enjoy your trip and drive to Ranthambore one of the finest tiger reserves in the country. In the evening you can enjoy the flora and fauna. The territory is covered with ancient Banyan trees, Dhok & Pipal trees, clusters of mango trees and crisscrossed with evergreen belts. The terrain is made up of massive rock formations, steep scarps, perennial lakes and streams and forest suddenly opening up into large areas of Savannah. The terrain of Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary fluctuates between impregnable forests and open bush land. The forest is the typically dry deciduous type, with Dhok, being the most prominent tree. Day 8: Ranthambore After breakfast visit ![]() Day 9: Ranthambore-Sariska Next morning drive to Sariska, the city has a rich natural heritage with some beautiful lakes and picturesque valleys thickly wooded in parts. Overnight at hotel. Day 10: Sariska Full day sight seeing visiting Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary- The reserve is under the "Project Tiger”. The forest cover is mostly of the dry deciduous type with Dhok, Khair, Tendu, Ber, Surwal and Goria. The park also has good populations of Nilgai, Sambar and Chital. In the evenings, Indian Porcupine, Striped Hyena, Indian Palm Civet and even Leopard are sometimes seen. The Tigers of Sariska are largely nocturnal and are not as easily seen as those of Ranthambore. The avian population in the park is also very large. Some of the bird species visible in the park are Peafowl, Red Jungle Fowl, Spur Fowls, White Breasted Kingfishers, Golden Backed Woodpeckers, Great Indian Horned Owls, Quails, Partridges, Sangrouse, tree Pies, Crested Serpent Eagles, Parakeets, Drongos, Sunbirds and Vultures. Later visit Kankawadi Fort, Sariska Palace, and Pandupol. Overnight at hotel. Day 11: Sariska-Delhi Enjoy the nature in Sariska and later drive back to Delhi.
